The sorting station ensures that the tires are transferred smoothly to the conveyor system.

For the transfer of tested tires, the standard solution covers a height range of 500 to 2,500 mm. The number of transfer levels and their respective heights can be set as required.
Larger height ranges are available.

Trouble-free
With different sorting station heights, even high distances can be easily covered in the hall. The tires are either conveyed on to different levels according to their classification or discharged at a defined level. In the standard solution, the sorting station for levels above ground is available in the following discharge heights: 500 – 2,500 mm or 500 – 3,100 mm.
